Our aim is to have happy customers and that you have a great shopping experience with us. If you have any feedback please get in touch with us via our contact form we will get back to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We charge a standard rate from £5.75-£6.95 for 24 Hour Tracked Service for Plants. Multiple plants purchased in one order will be combined postage cost based on box size.

All plant orders are packaged using a range of eco friendly materials to keep your plant as safe as possible during transit.

Bags of our Soil Ninja range will be standard postage fee of £6.96 per bag including tracking. Plants and Soil will always be shipped seperatley or divided. 

PLANTS DURING TRANSIT

Plants are sensitive items and can become stressed during transit, despite our best efforts with packaging it can be common for some plants to arrive with signs of stress. We recomend the buyer to unpack your order as soon as possible so your plants can adapt to your environment. 

Do not water for at least 2 days to allow plants to settle unless plants look deydrated. Any Concerns please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise.

PURCHASE

orders are only confirmed and dispatched on completion of payment. We accept paypal and card payments via our website. You will be asked to provide your payment details to complete your order.

DELAYS AND OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We at Leafy Corner Plants will aim to keep you up to date with your orders progress. On occasions we may experience delays to dispatch due to influencing factors out of our control and also busy periods, if this occurs we will notify you as priority.

If we find we are out of stock of the item(s) you have ordered we will contact you immediately, you can either select other item(s) to the same value or we can provide a full refund back to the account we received payment from.

DELIVERY

Ensuring products reach you as they left us is super important, we take every step to ensure your items are packaged to keep them safe and secure during transit, however sadly we cannot take responsibility for damages beyond our control and seeking compensation from another source i.e. delivery company may be in order. Please ensure the address you provide is correct for delivery, we cannot take responsibility for items not arriving if the address provided was not correct.

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 4 working days via a courier. Every delivery will include tracking so you can follow the progress of your parcel. If you are unavailable to receive your order you will be left instructions on next steps for redelivery. If the delivery cannot be made then the good will be returned to Leafy Corner Plants dispatched address.

REFUNDs

If in the unfortunate event you are not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible ideally on the same day your order arrived, please include as much detail to better help us create a quick resolution which can include part or full refund or product replacement. We do not refund based on natural plant defects.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

our priority is providing you top quality stock and we expect our items to reach you as intended. We spend time to ensure product listings and photographs represent items as accurately as possible. All plants listed on our website and social media pages have been photographed by ourselves showing our own stock, but please be aware if more then one of each is available then some slight differences is to be expected as every plant is unique!  Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries before you order.
